Vend With Us

Our vendors are more than booths on an event map — they’re a big part of what makes each event what it is.

We’ve welcomed businesses debuting brand-new products for the first time, vendors who have been part of the event community for years, and plenty in between. Whether you’re testing something new, growing an established business, or simply looking for your next great event, there’s room to bring what you do to a Premier audience.

Premier Events & Productions works with makers, boutiques, artists, food and beverage businesses, specialty vendors, nonprofits, service providers, and other unique businesses and organizations across our growing event calendar.

How It Works

1. Find your event.

Browse our current opportunities and choose the event that makes sense for your business. Every event is different, so be sure to review the details before applying.

2. Submit your application.

Tell us about your business, what you offer, and what you’ll need from us. Applications are reviewed based on the individual event, its audience, available space, and overall vendor mix.

3. Watch your inbox.

We’ll contact you with your application status and next steps. If accepted, you’ll receive instructions for completing your registration and payment.

4. Get ready for event day.

As the event approaches, approved participants receive the information they need for event day, including setup details, arrival information, and other event-specific logistics.

Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Availability, selection considerations, and participation requirements vary by event.

More Than an Event Day

Some of the best parts of this business happen beyond the booth.

Premier Events & Productions is proud to support Vendors on the Rise, a Facebook community where vendors can connect, share opportunities, ask questions, exchange advice, and grow alongside other small businesses.

Our owner and founder also personally serves as a moderator of the group.

Good to Know

Do you accept MLM or direct-sales businesses?

No. Premier Events & Productions does not currently accept MLM or direct-sales businesses at our vendor markets.

Will there be other vendors selling similar products?

Possibly. Some events may include multiple vendors within the same or similar categories. We work to create a varied vendor lineup, but we do not guarantee category or product exclusivity unless specifically stated for an individual event.

When reviewing applications, we consider the overall vendor mix, the event audience, and how closely products or offerings overlap.

Are food trucks, food trailers, and other food vendors welcome?

Absolutely — when the individual event allows them. Food and beverage businesses are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or other documentation required for their operation and the event location.

Does applying guarantee my space?

No. Applications are reviewed before acceptance. Your space is not considered confirmed until you have received approval and completed any required registration and payment.

Can I choose my booth location?

You’re welcome to share placement needs or requests with us. We’ll consider them whenever possible, but final placement is based on the overall event layout, operational needs, accessibility, vendor mix, and venue requirements.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation and refund policies may vary by event. Please review the terms provided with your individual event application before submitting payment.

Do I need insurance?

Requirements vary by event, venue, and business type. If insurance or additional documentation is required for your participation, it will be included in the event information or requested before the event.

Do you accept nonprofits and community organizations?

Yes! Many of our events welcome nonprofits and community organizations, and select events may offer reduced nonprofit rates or other participation opportunities.

I’m new to vending. Can I still apply?

Absolutely. Some of the businesses we’ve worked with have years of event experience, while others have debuted new products or stepped into the vendor world with us.

You don’t need years of market experience to be considered. We’re interested in what you bring to the event and whether it’s a good fit for that particular audience and experience.

Still Have Questions?

Every event is a little different. If you can’t find the answer in the individual event information or above, reach out and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
